At Kido Kart, we aim to ensure every purchase brings happiness and satisfaction. However, in certain situations, refunds may be applicable as per the policy below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  • Product is out of stock after order confirmation
  • Order is cancelled before dispatch
  • Damaged or defective product received (verified)
  • Wrong product delivered and replacement not available

Refunds are not applicable for general size issues or preference changes where exchange is possible.

Refund Request Timeframe

Customers must inform us within 3 days of delivery in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for refund.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

  1. Contact our support team via Phone / WhatsApp / Email
  2. Share order details and issue photos/videos
  3. Our team will verify the request
  4. Approval will be communicated
  5. Refund will be initiated

Refund Mode

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase:

  • UPI → Refunded to UPI account
  • Card → Refunded to card
  • Net Banking → Refunded to bank account

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within:

5–7 working days

The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary based on bank or payment provider processing time.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side:

  • Shipping fees
  • COD charges
  • Gift packaging charges

Exchange Instead of Refund

In most cases (size issue, product preference), we encourage exchange rather than refund  ensuring you receive a suitable replacement quickly.

Store Purchase Refunds

Products purchased from our physical store are not eligible for cash refunds.

Only exchanges or store credit may be provided, subject to policy terms.
