At Kido Kart, we always aim to deliver products that meet your expectations and bring comfort to your little ones.
However, if you face any issue with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy return or exchange process.
Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchange in the following cases:
- Size does not fit
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Damaged product received
Exchange requests must be raised within the allowed time frame.
Exchange Request Timeframe
Customers must inform us within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Product Condition
To be eligible for exchange:
- Product must be unused
- Original packaging must be intact
- Tags must be attached
- No signs of wear, wash, or damage by customer
We reserve the right to reject exchanges if products fail quality checks.
Return Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us via Phone / WhatsApp / Email
- Share order details & issue photos
- Our team will verify the request
- Pickup or return instructions will be provided
Exchange Availability
Exchanges are subject to product stock availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, customers may:
- Choose an alternate product
- Opt for store credit (if applicable)
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Innerwear & undergarments
- Used clothing
- Opened baby care products
- Customized gift hampers
- Clearance / sale items (if declared final sale)
Damaged / Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Inform us within 48 hours
- Share clear photos/videos
- Replacement will be arranged after verification
Shipping Charges on Exchanges
- If exchange is due to our error → Shipping covered by us
- If exchange is due to size change/customer preference → Shipping may be chargeable
Store Purchase Exchanges
Products purchased directly from our physical store can be exchanged at the store within 3 days with bill copy.
No cash refunds for store purchases.
